Acheive Small Accomplishments and Keep a journal
I think a great self esteem builder is keeping a journal in which you write your goals and accomplishments, ideas, and dreams.
Do something towards your goals everyday, even if it's something little, and write about it in your journal. Eventually you start to accomplish your goals and as you look back through your journal, you'll see how successful you can be.
It may sound hokey, but there seems to be some strange reality about writing things down and then seeing them come true. Certainly it is a boost to your confidence when you see that you can accomplish your goals.
Even if we sometimes fail at things, learn what you can from your mistakes and keep on moving forward. It helps us focus on positive things and you will see that, for the most part, you will succeed in the things you do.
Most of all, believe in yourself!
